摘要城市建设用地生态适宜评价是一个城市协调发展和生态环境保护的基础,随着可持续发展战略在我国现代化建设中的全面实施,城市建设用地的合理利用以及生态适宜性评价成了城市居民普遍关心的问题,引起了社会学者以及当地政府部门的重视。本文以徐州城区为主要研究区,根据徐州城区的土地现状,选择出比较合适区域的有效的评价方法,建立了关于徐州城市建设用地生态适宜性评价指标体系;利用地理信息系统(GIS)空间分析技术,对徐州市城市建设用地进行了适宜性评价分析;在此基础上,具体分析并找出一些最为重要的影响因子,以此来探寻徐州城市建设用地的发展方向。通过适宜性评价数据分析表明:通过引入建设用地适宜性评价,可以很好地表现建设用地的空间配置的合理程度,有利于科学合理规划和利用城市建设用地。当前数据分析来看,徐州市城市建设用地,整体上是一个较为合适的状况,但仍有一些地方需要改进。72868

Abstract Ecological city construction land suitable assessment is a city the basis of the coordinated development and ecological environment protection, with the full implementation of sustainable development strategy in our country's modernization construction, the rational use of urban construction land and ecological suitability assessment becomes a common concern of the urban residents, has attracted the attention of a great social scholars and the local government departments。 Taking xuzhou city as the main research area, according to the situation of xuzhou city land, choose the more appropriate area and effective evaluation method, set up of xuzhou urban construction land ecological suitability evaluation index system; Using geographic information system (GIS) spatial analysis technology, on the xuzhou urban construction land suitability analysis 。On this basis, the concrete analysis and find out some of the most important influence factors, in order to explore the development direction of xuzhou urban construction land。 Through the suitability evaluation data analysis shows that, by introducing the construction land suitability evaluation is a good way to show the spatial configuration of construction land reasonable degree, is advantageous to the scientific and rational planning and utilization of urban construction land。 The current data analysis, Xuzhou urban construction land, is a more suitable condition on the whole, but there are still some places need to be improved。
