摘要：我国非营利组织的发展处于成长初期，但是有关非营利组织的的丑闻却不断发生，公众对于非营利组织的信任缺失已经成为当代社会的热点问题，不但影响了我国非营利组织的健康发展，而且损害了社会的公共利益，影响了社会的诚信建设。因此，本文对非营利组织的信任问题进行了深入的探讨，简单概括了我国非营利组织的现状，从而分析我国产生信任危机的原因，了解其带来的严重后果，从而引起社会对信任问题的广泛关注。最后，针对这一问题，提出一些列符合我国国情的治理对策，增加公众对非营利组织的信任度，促进我国非营利组织的健康发展，提高非营利组织的社会地位，并使政府开始重视和扶持非营利组织的发展。75698

Trust Crisis and Countermeasures of Non-profit Organizations

Abstract:Development of non-profit organization is in early growth period, but the scandal of it occurred continually。 Lack of public trust for the non-profit organization has become a heated problem in the contemporary society, which not only affect the healthy

 development of non-profit organizations, but also damage the public interests and affect the integrity construction of society。Therefore, this paper carries a deep discussion about the trust problem of non-profit organization, briefly summaries the current situation of  non-profit organization, then it analyzes the causes of trust crisis, realizes its serious consequences, thus it can cause widespread attention to trust problem of society。 Finally, concerning this issue, this paper proposes countermeasures according to China's national conditions which increase the public trust of nonprofit organization, promote the healthy development and improve the social status of China's non-profit organization, the government begins attach great importance to and support the development of 

non-profit organization as well。
