摘 要：最近几年江阴市的经济发展非常迅速，但由于城市建设和作业生产的快速推进，水资源布局的不均衡使河流水质快速变差，水环境污染现象愈演愈烈。本文根据GB3838-2002地表水环境质量评价标准对江阴市目前水环境的质量状况展开研究并对此作出评价分析，结果显示江阴目前地表水水质情况总体为中度污染，其中主要水污染物为化学需氧量和氨氮，并结合江阴市水环境的质量特征，提出了完善相关规划和政策法规体系、严格依法管理、严格控制各类污染源、加强水系和水利工程建设和实施河道综合整治等措施与对策。76724

Abstract：Jiangyin's economic development has been very rapid in recent years。 However, due to the rapid development of urban construction and production, the uneven distribution of water resources makes the water quality of the river become worse and worse, and the pollution of water environment becomes more and more intense。 Based on the GB3838-2002 surface water environmental quality assessment standard of Jiangyin City, the current quality of the water environment is involved in this paper and to make an evaluation analysis。 The results show that the surface water quality in Jiangyin is moderately polluted, and the main water pollutants are chemical oxygen demand and ammonia nitrogen。 Combined with the quality characteristics of water environment in Jiangyin City, the measures and countermeasures are put forward to improve the system of relevant planning and policies and regulations, strict management according to law, strict control of all kinds of pollution sources, and strengthen water system and water conservancy project construction and implementation of river regulation。
