摘 要：城市化是人地关系的焦点，是工业化和经济高速增长不可遏止的必然，城市化过程中所引起的大规模土地利用变化对人类活动产生重要影响。本文选取1990年、1998年、2006年、2010年南京市江宁区遥感影像图，利用RS和GIS技术，分析了该地区各街道土地利用时空变化特性。耕地、水域、草地、林地、建设用地和未利用地在20年间的不同时期都有增加或减少。1990—2010年江宁区土地利用率逐年提高，不同时期单一和综合土地利用动态度的不同，表明该区域正处于土地利用发展时期，集约程度将会进一步提高，有利于城市可持续发展。77630

Abstract：Urbanization is the focus of the relationship between population and land, is the necessity of industrialization and rapid economic growth is unstoppable, urbanization caused by large-scale land use change in the process of important influence on human activities。 This article selects 1990, 1998, 2006, 2010 video data, using RS and GIS technology, analyzed the nearly 20 years of Jiangning District of Nanjing city spatial and temporal variation characteristics of land use。 Arable land, water, grasslands, forest land, construction land and unused land in different period of 20 years have increased or decreased。 1999-2010 jiangning district land use degree composite index increased year by year, and the degree of land use change in different periods and the rate of change are greater than zero, shows that the region is in the midst of the land use development period, will further improve the intensive degree, is beneficial to urban sustainable development。

1  前  言

  土地是人类赖以生存和社会生产得以发展的物质基础。当前，随着经济的迅速发展，城市化步伐加快，给城市生态、气候和人居环境带来诸多负面效应，区域土地利用变化的研究越来越受到普遍关注 [1-4] 。分析特定区域土地利用模式时空变化特征，研究土地利用的动态及程度，对于现代城市发展的科学规划和合理布局，从而制定符合客观实际的城市土地利用优化对策，促进城市健康与可持续发展具有重要意义。近年来，遥感及地理信息系统技术的发展为研究城市土地利用变化时空特征提供了新的研究方法和技术保障。
