摘要京杭运河淮安段拥有航道及水利工程、沿岸城镇及相关文化、运河沿岸非物质文化等丰富的文化遗产资源，京杭大运河申报世界文化遗产成功为京杭运河淮安段旅游带建设提供了丰富的旅游资源和宝贵的契机。京杭运河淮安段旅游带建设具有促进淮安地区社会经济发展、促进文化产业发展、加强淮安运河沿线文化遗产的保护等多方面的重大意义。然而，京杭运河淮安段旅游带建设也存在文化旅游影响力小、文化旅游环境遭到破坏、文化旅游配套设施不全等问题。因此，为促进京杭运河淮安段旅游带的建设，应注重创立具有运河文化特色的旅游品牌、加强运河沿线文化旅游环境的保护、完善旅游基础设施和服务系统等对策的实施。77669

Abstract Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal in HUAIAN section owns abundant cultural heritage resources, like channel and water conservancy engineering, coastal towns and intangible culture along the canal。 It is worth mentioning that the successful declaration of World Cultural Heritage has been providing rich resources and precious opportunities for the tourism construction of this canal section in HUAIAN。 On the one hand, this construction of tourism belt plays a fundamental role in promoting the economic and cultural development of HUAIAN and enhancing the preservation of those relevant cultural heritages, but on the other hand, there are still several problems concerning the process of this construction which includes minor influence, destructive environment and in complete supporting facilities of local culture tourism。 In this article, we put forward some suggestions focusing on creating the characteristic tourism brand, strengthening the protection of environment and improving the tourism infrastructure and service system along the canal in order to boost the construction of tourism belt along the canal in HUAIAN section。
