摘要：在社会竞争日益激烈，大学生求职压力越来越大的情况下，很多大学生都选择走上考研的道路。“考研热”正是这一现象的代名词，反观近几年的考研状况，虽然报考人数有所下降，但是考研热度依然不减。落榜考研生已经成为社会越来越不能忽视的群体。考研落榜生是一个很特殊的人群，他们都刚刚经受了一次很大的挫折，往往情绪比较低落且看不清楚自己的方向。所以，他们在就业选择上会陷入很大的困境，不知道未来的出路在哪里。落榜考研生的就业状况不仅影响着大学毕业生整体就业情况，而且也影响整个社会稳定和发展。本人选择这一课题进行论文研究，旨在对落榜考研生的就业困境与出路进行分析，为落榜考研生的就业困境提供更加全面的认知，从而帮助落榜考研生走出就业困境，为落榜考研生提供多种出路。让落榜考研生找到一条适合自己的道路，并最终走向成功。79310

在社会竞争日益激烈，大学生求职压力越来越大的情况下，很多大学生都选择走上考研的道路。“考研热”正是这一现象的代名词，反观近几年的考研状况，虽然报考人数有所下降，但是考研热度依然不减。我本人也是一名大四应届毕业生，在大三时我就决定了考研。经过一年的努力，很荣幸今年考上了江西财经大学。作为一名考研人，这一路走来其中的艰辛我也深有体会。考研是残酷的，考研的结果无非就两种。一种就是考上，而另一种就是落榜。在考研期间我就一直深问过自己，如果我考研落榜了我该怎么办，未来该何去何从,等等一些问题。我想这是每一个考研人都无法逃过的内心思考。在考研自习室学习时我也有幸结识了“二战”的师兄，并和他们有过深入的交流。并且，今年考研结束后，我和我们班落榜的几位同学也有过几次交谈。通过我身边的这些真实的人，真实的事。我对落榜考研生这一群体有了更加深刻的认识和了解，对他们存在的困境也有了深切的体会。本人选择这一课题进行论文研究，旨在对落榜考研生的就业困境与出路进行分析，为落榜考研生的就业困境提供更加全面的认知，从而帮助落榜考研生走出就业困境，为落榜考研生提供多种出路。让落榜考研生找到一条适合自己的道路，并最终走向成功。
