摘要：项目进度控制，是一种工程项目管理中的一项举足轻重的工作；通过控制工作，能全方位拟合项目的实施状况,进而保证项目的顺利完成。本文首先关注了，国内外学者对工程建设进度管理的研究现状；列举了主要的成果，指出了工程进度管理的重要性。论文的第二部分，先分析了工程进度控制的目的、特点及各方任务，在此基础之上，聚焦工程进度控制的理论；主要研究了四个理论：动态控制理论，系统理论，封闭循环原理，信息反馈原理；接着，基于理论，提出了具体在工程建设过程中，进度控制的方法和步骤。论文的第三部分，研究了进度控制过程中的常用控制工具：网络计划工具，甘特图，S曲线，前锋线；其中重点关注，控制工具的特点、使用方法、作用。论文的第四部分，分析了工程建设过程中，存在的各种影响工程进度的因素，并简要讨论了每种因素，影响进度的原因。在详细阐述相关理论后，论文的第五部分，援引工程建设实例，充分、生动地展现了进度控制，在工程建设实践中的具体实施过程。79767

Research on Progress Control of Construction Stage of    Construction Project

Abstract：Project progress control, is a project management in a pivotal task; through the control work, can fully fit the implementation of the project situation, thus it will make sure that the project of construction goes smoothly。 This paper first focuses on the research status of domestic and foreign scholars on the progress management of engineering construction。 Listing the main results and pointing out the importance of project schedule management。 The second part of the paper first analyzes the purpose, characteristics and tasks of the project progress control。 On this basis, it focuses on the theory of project schedule control。 It mainly studies four theories: dynamic control theory, system theory, closed loop Principle and information feedback principle。 Then, based on the theory, the methods and steps of progress control in the process of project construction are put forward。 The third part of the paper studies the commonly used control tools in the process of progress control: network planning tool, Gantt chart, S curve, front line; which focuses on the characteristics of the control tool, the use of methods, role。 The fourth part of the paper analyzes the factors that affect the progress of the project in the process of construction, and briefly discusses the reasons for the influence of each factor。 After elaborating the relevant theory, the fifth part of the paper, invoking the project construction examples, fully and vividly show the progress control in the actual construction of the specific implementation process。
