摘要关系营销是企业不可缺少的营销方式与途径。人们总是愿意与他们所认识、所信任的人做生意,这是关系营销的本质。关系营销最基本的目标,是最大程度化的提高客户的终身价值。本文在阐述了关系营销理论的基础之上,采用该理论与实际相结合的研究方法,研究了恒辉机车配件企业所实施的关系营销策略。本文首先介绍了研究背景与意义、研究内容与思路以及研究的目的和方法,并且对关系营销理论进行了简单的回顾,在深入细致地调查了恒辉企业在机车配件行业的基本情况和对恒辉机车配件企业的现有关系营销策略进行了分析,认真剖析恒辉机车配件企业的在针对客户所实施的关系营销策略方面所存在的问题,通过对存在的问题加以改进,对恒辉机车配件企业的客户关系营销策略提出了一些相关建议。80170
