摘要本文以大学该单位的科研奖励扣税机制为研究对象，结合所学的《运筹学》中的组合优化理论，并在此基础上，通过该分析总结出该扣税机制存在的问题，设计出合理的避税机制，并为今后工资奖金的发放提供建议，从而达到培养综合运用科学的技术与方法从事一定科学研究的能力的目的。论文的主要研究内容包括以下几个方面：80421

（1）了解我国当前个人所得税的税收制度并详细分析大学该单位的科研奖励扣税机制存在的问题。

（2）介绍组合优化理论，并利用该模型来设计出合理的避税机制模型。

（3）利用设计的避税机制模型进行算例分析，并对该单位的科研奖励扣税机制存在的问题提出相应政策建议。

（4）分析我国今后个人所得税税收制度的改革趋势。

Title      Design of resonable tax avoidance mechanism Based on combinatorial optimization theory     

Abstract This paper in  of Science and Technology, the unit of scientific research reward buckle tax mechanism as the research object, combination studies of “Operations Research” combinatorial optimization theory, and on this basis, through the analysis of the summed up the tax deduction mechanism design reasonable tax avoidance mechanism, and provide suggestions for future wage bonus payment, so as to develop the integrated use of scientific techniques and methods in certain scientific research ability。 The main research contents of this paper include the following aspects:
