摘要:当今世界变化莫测,尤其是经济全球化的今天,企业的外部环境产生了重大变化。企业要寻求长期生存和可持续发展,必须让企业的经营适应社会局面的需要,培育出自己的核心竞争力。教育机器人产业是一个正在高速发展的新兴产业,世界各国都在重视这个产业,各种品牌各种品质的产品充满了市场,市场竞争逐步走向白热化。其中很多教育机器人企业已经很难生存,一些已经倒闭,一些企业被迫实行多元化战略,也有新的企业迎面赶来,什么样的情况都有,如何才可以取得核心竞争力,让这些教育机器人企业生存并持续发展,已经成为一个重大问题。本次研究以未来伙伴机器人公司为例,通过对未来伙伴公司内外部环境的分析,结合4ps营销理论,对未来伙伴机器人公司当前经营的问题提出自己的建议或看法。80916
