摘要：目前我国的人口老龄化问题形势严峻，仅仅依靠社会养老保险来保障城镇居民的养老水平已经有些力不从心。商业养老保险作为我国基本养老保险体系中的重要补充，具有其多样化、多层次、灵活性强的保障特点，如充分发挥其作用则能够在一定程度上适当缓解社会养老的压力。但目前我国商业养老保险的发展依然呈现出边缘化的状态，如何增强商业养老保险的实际效率，满足居民们的养老需求变得刻不容缓。81317

本文以上海市徐汇区长桥街道为例，针对影响该地区居民参加商业养老保险意愿的因素展开了研究，经过调查发现，居民对商业养老保险的了解程度、保险从业人员的专业素养、产品保障水平、工作单位性质、收入高低、年龄大小等因素都影响着商业养老保险的购买率。对于商业养老保险所面临的问题，文末也将提出相应的对策建议。

Research on the influencing factors of urban residents participating in the commercial endowment insurance

Abstract：At present, the problem of population aging in China has already under a severe condition。 Only rely on social pension insurance to protect the pension level of urban residents has been inadequately。 Commercial endowment insurance as an important supplement to the basic pension insurance system in China, has the characteristics of persification, multilevel and flexibility。 If we give the full play to its role to a certain extent, it can alleviate the pressure of social pension properly。 However, the development of commercial pension insurance in our country is still in a marginalized state。 How to enhance the practical efficiency of commercial endowment insurance, and to meet the needs of the residents has become acted of no delay。

This paper takes Xuhui District,Changqiao Street in Shanghai as an example,studies the factors that affect the residents' willingness to participate in the commercial endowment insurance。 After the investigation, we find out that the residents' understanding of the commercial endowment insurance, the professional quality of the insurance practitioners, the guarantee level of insurance product, the nature of work unit, the level of income, the rage of the age and so on, all influence the purchase rate of the commercial endowment insurance。 For the problems faced by the commercial endowment insurance, the paper will put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions。
