摘要:在现代大力倡导绿色化学的大背景下,研究用绿色化学的理念来开展取代反应是在有机化学和绿色环保中重要的内容。最近几年,大家越来越关注环境保护,所以实行绿色化学是非常有必要的。二氯代苯乙酮类化合物是重要的有机合成中间体,它受到了许多的关注。虽然现在有许多合成此类化合物的方法,但是这些方法都有些缺点,不仅反应速度慢,而且反应试剂都是些有毒性的物质,所以不符合绿色化学理念。因此,研究在简单有机酸的催化下完成无毒无害的快速反应是很有必要的。20343
本毕业论文以一定量的苯乙酮与毒性小、价格便宜的强氧化剂三氯异氰尿酸反应,并加入氯化胆碱以及乙酸和乙醇,调整苯乙酮与酸、TCCA之间的比例,优化反应时间,使反应在室温条件下进行,尝试在此基础上研究出绿色、高效、快速的氯代化合物合成路线,且尽量多的得到具有高选择性的氯代物。通过实验发现:当苯乙酮与TCCA为1:2/3,苯乙酮与乙酸的比例控制在1:1/2,溶剂乙醇的含量为20 mL,并在后续处理时用乙酸乙酯萃取,实际产量最大,得到1.82 g无色油状物,产率为95.2 %。

Green highly selective chloride reactions catalyzed by simple organic acid
Abstract: Under the modern background of strong advocates of green chemistry, the researches that develop the substitution reactions with the concept of green chemistry are becoming the key contents in the organic chemistry and environmental protection. Recently, an increasing attention is paid to environmental protection, and carrying out green chemistry becomes so essential. Two chlorinated acetophenone compounds is an important intermediate production for organic synthesis, and it attracted a lot of attention. Although there are many methods to get these compounds, but these ways have some shortcomings. Not only includes slow reaction but also need toxic substances to make the reaction. So it’s not catering the concept of green chemistry. Therefore, research done in green, highly selective chloride reactions catalyzed by Simple organic acid is necessary.
This thesis is based on a certain amount of phenyl methyl ketone with small, inexpensive toxic oxidants trichloro isocyanuric acid (TCCA) responses and adding 2-Hydroxyethyl trimethylammonium chloride. Ethanol and Ethanoic acid acetic acid and ethanol, adjust phenylglyoxylic acid. We need to optimize response times to ensure that the reaction is carried out an at room temperature and try to get a green, effective and rapid method to do the experiment. On the basis of this Green, efficient and rapid synthesis route, attempt to get more methods to get the chlorinated compound and get as much high selectivity of chloride as possible. By experiments we can see that when the acetophenone vs TCCA is 1:2/3, proportional controled in 1:1/2 of acetophenone with acetic acid, ethanol content of 20 mL of solvent, and subsequent treatment were extraction with ethyl acetate and the actual output got a high peak of 1.82 g of clean oil, and production rate was 95.2 %.
