摘要:聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯是一种优良的聚酯材料,在诸多领域如饮料瓶、纤文、薄膜等领域中都有应用。但随着PET产业的快速发展和产品的广泛使用,产生大量的PET废弃物。降解PET废弃物的传统方法需要大量浓酸或浓碱,且催化剂不能重复回用,设备腐蚀和污染现象严重。离子液体是一类极具应用前景的环保型溶剂及催化剂,不挥发、对水和空气稳定,对许多高分子材料具有良好溶解性及催化降解性。本文主要研究内容如下:21325
以四甲基乙二胺和1,4-丁基磺酸内酯为原料合成N,N,N’,N’-四甲基-N,N’-二磺酸丙基乙二铵二硫酸氢盐([TMEDAPS][HSO4])离子液体,并考察了反应产率。进一步以制备的离子液体为催化剂,水为溶剂水解聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)。以对苯二甲酸的回收量及PET产率为指标,分别考察了离子液体用量,反应时间及反应温度对PET降解反应的影响。且当温度为160℃,反应时间10h,离子液体用量0.3g时,[TMEDAPS][HSO4]催化水解PET降解率最高,为30%。

STUDY ON DEPOLYMERIZATION OF PET IN ACID IONIC LIQUILD
Abstract: polyethylene terephthalate is one kind of fine polyester material, in many fields, such as bottles, fiber, film, etc. But with the rapid development of the PET industry and the products are widely used, a lot of PET waste were created. The traditional method of degradation of PET waste needs a huge amount of strong acid or strong alkali, and the catalyst can't be recycling, equipment corrosion and pollution is very seriously. Ionic liquid is a kind of catalyst which extremely has the application prospect with environmental friendly , non-volatile, stable in water and air, it's a high polymer material with good solubility and catalytic degradation. This article main research content as follows: using tetramethyl ethylenediamine and 1, 3 - propyl sulfonic acid ester as a raw material to synthesis N, N, N ', N '- methyl - N, N' - disulfonic acid propyl diammonium hydrogen sulfate salt 2 b ([TMEDAPS] [HSO4]) ionic liquid, and the reaction yield was investigated. A further prepared ionic liquid as catalyst, water as solvent, to hydrolysis terephthalate (PET). With terephthalic acid recycle rate and PET production rate as the index, respectively investigates the ionic liquid dosage, reaction time and reaction temperature on the influence of PET degradation reaction. When the temperature is 160℃,ionic liquid dosage is 0.2g and reaction last 10 hours,we got the best degradation rate of 30%.
