    摘要:通过实验与文献查询两种方法,选取一种常见的土壤保水剂,利用CI-340超轻型便携式光合测定仪、PAM-2500便携式调制叶绿素荧光仪和烘箱,对生长成熟的奶油生菜进行光合参数(Photosynthetic parameters)、叶绿素荧光参数(Chlorophyll Fluorescence)和土壤含水量(soil moisture content)的测定,研究在仅浇水一次的土壤内,使用相同土壤保水剂的不同用量对奶油生菜植株生长状况的影响。研究表明,土壤保水剂的使用对土壤保水性能有显著的影响。相对于CK而言,含有土壤保水剂的培养基质中植株生长状况好于CK,土壤含水量高于CK。添加剂量的多少与土壤的保水能力有着明显的关系。土壤保水剂使用量极少时(实验中添加基质总量0.5%的SAP),土壤保水剂对土壤保水性能的影响不大,效果不明显。在略微增加用量时(实验中添加基质总量0.5%的SAP),能够提高土壤保水性能,抑制土壤水分蒸发,在许多天不曾浇水的情况下,仍能文持植物正常的生理生长,不会使植物萎蔫干枯。由此得出,合理使用土壤保水剂可以减少灌溉次数,节约人力和物力。根据实际条件,在适当的情况下,加大农业和家庭园艺中土壤保水剂的使用,对实现经济生态效益的可持续发展具有重要意义。22202

    Research and application of a soil water retention agent
    Abstract:Through the two ways of experiment and literature queries, select a common type of soil insurance agent, measure the Photosynthetic parameters, Chlorophyll Fluorescence and soil moisture content of butter lettuce grown mature by making use of CI-340 ultra-light portable photosynthesis analyzer, PAM-2500 portable and oven, to study the effect of using the same soil water retention agent but the different quantity on butter lettuce which live in the only once watering soil. Studies have shown that the use of soil water retention agent has a significant impact on soil water retention. As opposed to CK, plant growing in culture medium containing soil water retaining agent are better than CK, soil moisture is higher than CK too. Amount of water retention capacity of the additive has a significant relationship. When using minimal amount of soil water retention agent (add SAP of the 0.5% weight of soil moisture in this experiment), little effect on water-holding capacity on soil of soil water retention agent, the effect is not obvious. A slight increase in the amount that can increase soil water retention, inhibiting evaporation of soil moisture, in the case of many days had not been watered able to maintain normal physiological growth of the plant, will not make the plant wilting and dry. It follows that the rational use of soil water retention agent can reduce the frequency of irrigation, saving manpower and resources. According to the actual conditions in appropriate circumstances, increase the use of soil water retention agent in agricultural and domestic gardening, and has important significance to sustain economic and ecological developments.
