摘要:本实验采用石墨烯(G)和氧化石墨烯(GO)制备性能优越的平板复合膜。首先,膜材料中的GO选择Hummers法来制备,Hummers法最大的改进在于氧化剂KMnO4的使用,使得氧化反应过程的时间明显减少,实验最终可得到了易在水中发生溶胀而层离的规整形氧化石墨烯。然后,将G、GO添加到铸膜液中,采用浸没沉淀相转化法制备得到复合平板膜,其中是将一定比例的PVDF和两亲性聚合物单体及定量的G\GO直接加入N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)与磷酸三乙酯(TEP)混溶的液体中,待聚合物全部溶解后,再把适量的引发剂偶氮二异丁氰(AIBN)添加进去,于70ºC条件下原位聚合反应12小时,原位聚合后的铸膜液经由溶剂-非溶剂致相制得PVDF膜。对制得的PVDF膜进行性能表征,比如膜的凝胶速率、纯水通量、亲水性及机械性能等。实验结果表明,制备所得的平板复合膜具有亲水性好、水通量高及使用价值高等特性。22750

Abstract: This experiment adopted Graphene (G) and Graphene oxide (GO) for preparing superior performance of composite flat membrane. First, the membrane material is prepared GO select Hummers method, Hummers method where the biggest improvement is the use of KMnO4 oxidizer, so that the time of the oxidation reaction process significantly improved the final experiment prone to delamination in water swelling Regulation Plastic graphene oxide.Then, add G or GO to the membrane materials, prepared by immersion precipitation phase inversion method of composite membrane, which is to a certain proportion of PVDF and two dear polymer monomer and quantitative G\GO directly into N, N- two dimethyl acetamide (DMAc) and phosphoric acid ethyl ester three (TEP) in the mixed solvent, waiting for the polymer is all dissolved, adding initiator Azo-iso-butyronitrile (AIBN), At 70ºC for 12 hours in situ polymerization conditions, the casting solution via the in situ polymerization solvent - non-solvent induced phase obtained PVDF membrane.The PVDF membrane was subjected to characterization, such as the rate of the gel film, pure water flux, hydrophilicity and mechanical properties.The experimental results show that, flat composite membrane prepared has good hydrophilicity, high water flux, high pollution resistance and use characteristics of high value.
