摘要:本课题主要研究了包覆UVA/UVB防晒剂固体脂质微粒的影响因素,研究了添加剂对固体脂质微粒的影响,实验结果表明随着添加剂用量增加,其粒径不断增大,对分散性影响较小;通过对响应面实验制备工艺的研究,得出当超声时间为14.57分钟,超声功率756.25W,乳化温度87.92℃时为最优的制备工艺。考察了防晒剂的含量对固体脂质微粒的影响,并分析了其紫外吸收特性,选择防晒剂甲氧基肉桂酸辛酯(OMC)的加入量为5%,丁基甲氧基二苯甲酰甲烷(BMBM)加入量为2%;通过考察配方组成对体系粒径和分散系数的影响,得到最优配方为辛酸癸酸三甘油酯(GTCC)加入量为3.01%,氢化蓖麻油加入量为2%、鲸蜡硬酯基醚-20加入量为10%;并对包覆防晒剂的固体脂质微粒的表征进行了分析,进行了部分稳定性测试,发现固体脂质防晒粒在高温下有较好的稳定性。24736

The Study of the Effect Factors of the Solid Lipid Sunscreen Particles Loaded UVA/UVB Sunscreen
Abstract:In this study, the effect factors of UVA/UVB sunscreen-coated solid lipid sunscreen particles were studied. After studying the effect of additives of solid lipid particles, the experimental results show that with the increase of the amount of additives, the particle size increasing and less influence on its distribution; Through the study of preparation technology based on response surface experiment, it is concluded that when the ultrasonic time was 14.57 minutes, ultrasonic power was 756.25W and emulsifying temperature was 87.92℃, the preparation process is optimal. The amount of sunscreen on the influence of the solid lipid particles, and the ultraviolet absorption characteristics was analyzed, then the dosage of sunscreen octylmethoxycinnamate(OMC)and butyl methoxydibenzolymethane(BMBM)were 5% and 2%, respectively by the study of formulation composition which effect on the influence particle size and dispersion, its optimal formulation was composed of Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride(GTCC)3.01%, Castor Oil Hydrogenated 2% and Ceteareth-20 10%. Meanwhile, the solid lipid particle coated with sunscreens were characterized and the stability was researched. The result showed that solid lipid sunscreen hads good stability at high temperature.
