摘    要

PVC具有高强度、难燃烧、价格低廉、耐腐蚀等等优点,因此广泛应用于建材、化工、包装等行业,。但在加工过程中,当温度到达一定程度,PVC会发生分解,易导致其性能下降,影响其使用价值。因此,在PVC加工过程中必须加入增速剂及热稳定剂。85327

本文主要研究石墨烯类热稳定剂对PVC的性能。将不同复合参数的热稳定剂石墨烯类物质在PVC树脂加工过程中加入,经塑化和SQZ制膜器压成型得PVC薄膜,通过烘箱老化方法,测定一段时间内的变色情况,研究石墨烯类热稳定剂的性能及规律,得到基于PVC的石墨烯类热稳定剂的效能及更佳优化结果。

同时,以电导法实验重复实验,通过对含不同热稳定剂的PVC膜的加热,在通氮气环境中测定该过程中电导率的变化规律,由此反应该实验过程中过程中氯化氢气体的释放规律,即该PVC膜的热稳定性情况。

Abstract

This paper mainly studies the graphene class performance of the thermal stabilizer for PVC。The different parameters of the composite heat stabilizer graphene class material to join in the process of PVC resin processing, after plasticizing and SQZ the membrane pressure forming PVC film, through oven ageing method, measured over a period of time change color, the graphene properties and the regularity of heat stabilizer, is based on PVC heat stabilizer of graphene efficiency and better optimization results。

Repeated experiments at the same time, the conductance method, by means of different heat stabilizer of PVC membrane heating, in the process of nitrogen in the enviroument measuring the conductivity, the change rule of the reverse should be in the process of the experiment the release of hydrogen chloride gas in the process of law, that is, the thermal stability of PVC membrane。
