    摘要本文研究了铝灰法制备PAC的新工艺的稳定性。以课题组提出的铝灰预处理得到的中性铝灰浆为原料,采用酸溶法制备得到PAC产品。采用VIS-723型分光光度计、AA240FS-GTA120原子吸收分光光度计、AFS-830原子荧光光度计、VISTA-MPX电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪对反应原料、中性铝灰浆、产品及废渣的组成进行测定。采用激光粒度测试系统、SEM扫描电镜对其粒径和外观形貌进行表征。采用文献制备PAC方法,以3个不同来源和批次的铝灰为原料进行新工艺的稳定性验证。结果表明,该制备得到PAC产品,重金属离子除了Pb离子外其余检测均符合产品国标要求。反应原料、中性铝灰浆、产品及废渣的粒径大致范围在6.29~9.99μm范围内。定性验证实验所制备得到的PAC产品铝含量(以Al2O3计)和盐基度均达到了国标要求,平均值分别为10.40%、10.27%和10.30%,以及50.07、44.98和30.20。以上工作为本课题组以铝灰为原料制备PAC新工艺的进一步确定打下基础。26341

    Title The New Preparing Technology of Polyaluminium Chloride from Aluminum Ash                                                         
    Abstract
    This paper studies the stability of a new process for preparation of PAC using aluminum ash. The PAC was obtained by using acid method, which used the neutral aluminum mortar as raw materials prepared by our research group. The composition of the raw materials, the neutral aluminum mortar, products and waste residue were analyzed by VIS-723 spectrophotometer, AA240FS-GTA120 atomic absorption spectrophotometer, AFS-830 atomic fluorescence spectrometer, VISTA-MPX inductively coupled plasma emission spectroscopy. Their particle size and appearance were characterized by laser particle size measurement system and SEM. The stability of the new process for preparation of PAC was verified by using 3 kinds of aluminum ash with different sources. The results showed that the metal ions were detected in the product and they were under the limitation of the national standard, except Pb. The dimension of the samples were within the range of 6.29~9.99μm. They were verified by the experiments that the alumina  average amount and basicity of the product PAC were 10.40%, 10.27% and 10.30%, 50.07, 44.98 and 30.20, respectively. Those indicated that the process had made a well fundamental for the setup of the new process for preparation of PAC using aluminum ash.
