摘要固液混合推进技术具有高安全性,低成本和可调节性等优点,这些优点使得固液混合推进成为一般亚轨道飞行和太空探索任务一种很有吸引力的动力方式,但是该技术的应用和发展却受到燃料退移速率低的制约。石蜡基燃料具有高退移速率,其退移速率是相同实验条件下HTPB燃料的3-4倍,同时石蜡基燃料具有比冲高,加工、存放、运输容易等性质,是固液混合发动机的理想能源,但是石蜡力学性能差,易发生脆裂变形,因此应该在保证其燃烧性能的同时尽可能改善其力学性能。本课题设计的新型颗粒-石蜡基复合燃料,实现了更大程度地提高燃料退移速率,并且增强了石蜡基燃料的力学性能。本研究开展了颗粒-石蜡基复合燃料的力学性能和燃烧性能研究,初步掌握颗粒-石蜡基复合燃料燃烧特性。研究结果表明燃料的退移速率和氧化剂质量密流二者满足幂函数,添加的聚合物颗粒的质量份数越高退移速率越大,颗粒较大的配方比颗粒较小的配方退移速率大,为颗粒-石蜡基复合燃料在混合推进的应用提供了理论参考。26701

Title:A new paraffin-based hybrid propellant formulation designing
and its burning performance research
Abstract:
Hybrid rocket engine becomes a very attractive way of the general suborbital flight and space exploration mission,because of its high security nature,low-cost, adjustable and other properties,but its development and application has been restricted by low regression rate.Paraffin-based fuel has high regression rate,its regression rate is 3-4 times the HTPB fuel under the same experimental conditions,at the same time,paraffin-based fuel has low requirements for processing,storage and transport which made it become the ideal energy of hybrid engine,but the wax is poor of mechanical properties and is prone to brittle deformation,thus we should ensure the combustion performance at the same time to improve the mechanical properties as much as possible.The new type of particle-paraffin-based composite fuel designed in the reserach, realized a greater degree of increasing fuel retreat rate, and enhanced its mechanical properties.This research was carried out to study the mechanical and combustion properties of particle-paraffin-based composite fuel,preliminary master its combustion characteristics.The results show that the regression rate and the oxidizer mass flow both to meet the power function,the higher the mass fraction of the polymer particles or the bigger the particle size ,the higher regression rate, provided the theoretical reference of its application in hybrid propulsion.
