摘要:X-C键有N-C键,P-C键,S-C键等,由于这些键有很多性质,使他们在化学中有广泛的应用,本文主要研究P-C键在镍催化下的合成探索。P-C键在有机膦化合物在有机合成、催化、功能材料以及药物化学等领域受到广泛应用。例如含有P-C键结构的膦酸酯以及芳基氧膦类化合物在医药、农药方面的具有很大的用处。此外,在工业上,含芳基氧膦结构的化合物也常用于阻燃剂,聚合物添加剂以及光电材料等方面的应用。近十年来,从过渡金属钯催化到铜催化,再到镍催化,过渡金属催化P-C已受到了深入而广泛的研究,并取得了巨大的成就。但是,传统构建P-C键的方法并不能满足合成具有更多官能团化的有机磷化合物的要求,且对于碳杂键(C-X)的反应研究还不够多。32866
本论文采用二苯基磷氧与苯硼酸、硫粉反应作为模型反应来进行构建P-C键,选择不同的溶剂、碱、配体、反应温度和反应时间来观察对反应的影响,以此来选取最优的反应条件。通过对反应的条件的筛选,我们发现在CuI、Phen、Et3N催化剂时,以THF为反应溶剂在浴温70℃时为最优条件,得到P-C键键合的产物。经过磷谱、氢谱、碳谱分析,推测得到了该化合物的结构。在反应中,通过研究镍作为催化剂得到产物的产率,来探索镍在P-C键合成反应的一些特点,通过探索,得出反应模型下P-C键的构建为碳杂键(C-X)的构建提供了新思路。

Nickel catalyst X - C (sp2) key compound synthetic exploration
Abstract:X - C has N - C keys, P - C key and S - C key, etc., as a result of these keys have many properties, so that they have a wide range of applications in the chemical, in this paper, we study P - C key in the synthesis of nickel catalyst under exploration. P - C key in organic phosphonic compounds in organic synthesis, catalysis, functional materials and medicinal chemistry, and other fields has been widely used. For example containing phosphonic acid ester of P - C key structure and oxygen phosphonic aryl compounds are of great use in medicine and pesticide. In addition, in industry, phosphonic aryl oxygen of the structure of the compounds are commonly used in flame retardants, polymer additives, and the application of photoelectric materials, etc. In nearly a decade, from transition metal palladium catalytic to copper, and nickel catalyst, transition metal catalyzed P - C has been an in-depth and extensive research, and made great achievements. However, the traditional building method of P - C key cannot meet synthesis with more functional groups of organic phosphorus compounds, and for the reaction of carbon hybrid key (C - X) did not have enough research.
This paper USES hydrogen boric acid diphenyl ester of benzene boric acid, sulfur powder as a model reaction to build P - C key, choose a different solvent, alkali, ligand, reaction temperature and reaction time to observe the influence of the reaction, in order to select the optimal reaction conditions. Through the screening of the condition of reaction, we found that when CuI, Phen, Et3N catalyst, THF as solvent in bath temperature of 70 ℃ for the optimal conditions and get the product of P - C key bonding. After phosphorus spectrum and the hydrogen, carbon, spectrum analysis, speculated that the structure of the compounds are obtained. In the reaction, the yield of the product is obtained by studying nickel as a catalyst, to explore the nickel in the P - C key some characteristics of synthetic reaction, through the exploration, it is concluded that reaction model P - C key construction for carbon hybrid key (C - X) construction provides a new way of thinking.
