摘要本论文对SrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+以及CaWO4:Eu2+,Dy3+发光材料的微波煅烧合成方法进行了初步的研究,并对其发光性能进行了初步的研究探讨。论文的主要工作包括以下几个方面:
利用微波煅烧合成技术制备SrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+和CaWO4:Eu2+,Dy3+发光材料,并对微波燃烧合成过程中的影响因素进行研究。研究结果表明,在微波功率为800W,煅烧时间为30MIN时可获得品相较好的SrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+产品,材料可被紫外至可见光有效激发,有主要激发峰340nm,发射峰值位于514.2nm。CaWO4:Eu2+在XRD检测下有清晰的晶格构型,但未能有良好的发光性能。18908
利用微波煅烧合成制备CaWO4:Eu2+,Dy3+发光材料,未取得如煅SrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+的效果,针对此对比SrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+分析了微波煅烧对于不同的发光材料合成的优势与局限性。

Title Study on synthesis of Fluorescent material By Microwave calcination
Abstract
In this study, the microwave calcination synthetic methods of luminescent materials were researched and the luminescent properties of these materials were discussed.
The main work of this paper contained three parts: Firstly, SrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+ and CaWO4:Eu2+,Dy3+ were made by microwave calcination synthetic methods and the influenced paraments were discussed at the same time. The results showed that good SrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+ products could be made when microwave power was 700W and calcination time was 30minutes. The material could be effectively motivated by ultraviolet radiation and visible lights, the main excitation peak was located at 340nm and emission peak was located at 514.2nm. Clear crystal lattice configurations of CaWO4:Eu2+could be found under XRD tests, but luminescent properties couldn’t be found.
Then, CaWO4:Eu2+,Dy3+ were made by microwave calcination synthetic method and the results were not as good as SrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+. According to this phenomenon, the advantages and disadvantages of microwave calcination synthetic methods were discussed.
