    摘要近几年来,随着环保意识的增强,越来越多的化学研究员朝着绿色化学的理念进行反应研究,其中,氯代反应就是绿色有机化学中的重要内容,一氯代苯乙酮类化合物作为重要的有机合成中间体往往备受关注。无机盐是氯化铵和氯化胆碱是无毒,廉价,常见的化学物质,其在生活和工业领域中都有重要用途,而本文将探索使用无机盐氯化铵和氯化胆碱作为催化剂发生的高选择性卤代反应的研究,在78摄氏度条件下合成α-氯代羰基化合物。43249

    本论文首先将对实验反应条件进行优化,以一定量的苯乙酮作为底物、乙醇作为溶剂与TCCA反应。研究结果表明:筛选无机盐氯化铵和氯化胆碱作为催化剂,且比例为1:1,调整TCCA的用量为3.6 mmol,溶剂乙醇20 mL,在78摄氏度的条件下反应4 h为发生一氯代反应的最优条件,得到α-氯代苯乙酮实际产量最大为1.41 g,产率为91.0 %。之后本文继续探究羰基化合物α-氯代反应的普适性,研究结果表明:所得产率在84.2 %~94.5 %之间。本文实验方案绿色化学中“低毒、温和的条件下进行反应,以减少废物向环境排放”这一特点。

    Study on the high selective halogen substitution reaction catalyzed by inorganic salts

    Abstract: In recent years, with the enhancement of environmental protection consciousness, more and more chemical researchers toward the concept of green chemistry reaction, the chlorination reaction is the green organic chemistry in the important content and a chlorinated benzene ketones as important intermediates in organic synthesis often be concerned.Inorganic salt is ammonium chloride and choline chloride is nontoxic, cheap, common chemicals, the in life and the industrial field have important applications. This paper will explore the use of inorganic salt ammonium chloride and choline chloride as the catalyst of high selective halogenation of, in 78 degrees Celsius for synthesis of alpha chloro carbonyl compounds.

    In this paper, the experimental conditions were optimized to optimize the reaction conditions, with a certain amount of benzene ethyl ketone as substrate, ethanol as solvent and TCCA reaction.The results show that: the selection of inorganic salt ammonium chloride and choline chloride as the catalyst, and the proportion is 1:1, the amount of adjustment of TCCA is 3.6 mmol, 20 ml of ethanol solvent, at 78 degrees Celsius conditions reaction 4 h for the optimum conditions of a chlorination reaction and alpha chloro acetophenone actual maximum yield of 1.41 g, the yield was 91.0%.

    we continue to explore the general applicability of the alpha - chlorine generation reaction of carbonyl compounds. The results show that the yield is between 94.5% and 84.2%. In this paper, the characteristics of "low toxicity, mild conditions" in the green chemistry of green chemistry are to reduce the waste to the environment.
