摘要:本文研究了乳状液中液晶结构形成的规律性。实验结果表明液晶是指处于“中介相”状态或称介晶态的物质,一方面具有像晶体一样的各向异性,另一方面又有像液体的流动性。液晶分为溶致液晶和热致液晶。液晶结构可以通过显微镜照片来表征。通过改变乳化剂种类,不同碳链长度的油脂,液态油脂的种类,多元醇的加入,无机盐的加入和制备工艺来探索液晶结构形成的规律性。再观察室温下和低温下液晶结构的变化,从而得出对液晶结构更具体的认识。47033

Research on law emulsion liquid crystal structure formation
Abstract:In this paper, the regularity of the emulsion of the liquid crystal structure formation.Experimental results show that the liquid crystal means in the "intermediary phase" state or a crystalline material called dielectric, on the one hand as having the same crystal difference, on the other hand there like a liquid fluidity.Liquid crystal has Lyotropic and thermotropic liquid crystal . Liquid crystal structure can be characterized by microscopic photograph.By changing the type of emulsifier, grease different carbon chain length, the type of liquid oil, Polyol is added, the inorganic salt is added and preparation process to explore the formation of liquid crystal structure regularity. Then observe changes in ambient temperature and low temperature liquid crystal structure,thus obtained liquid crystal structure is more concrete understanding.
