    本设计的规模为年产月桂醇醚(7)异辛基磺基琥珀酸混合双酯钠600吨,年开工日300天,操作两班倒制度,每批产量为1000kg。并以此进行物料衡算、热量衡算和设备选型计算。并说明了环境保护措施和安全生产规范。 
    Design Specification
    Sodium succinate is a kind of anionic surfactant. It has excellent dispersion, wetting, emulsification, corrosion resistance, anti-static. It is on the human body skin and eye irritation tinily, easily biodegradable etc. Its mild nature has received wide attention. Sodium succinate is used in daily chemicals, printing and dyeing, pesticide, paper and other fields.
    In the series of surfactants, the ester chain has a short activity, which can be used as an emulsion wetting agent in the electrolyte, and the longer ester chain used for penetrating agent, wetting agent and emulsion polymerization agent. Often used as Bleaching Auxiliaries in the fiber industry, adding 0.005% ~ 0.02% can greatly improve the quality of products. It is also used as an emulsion polymerization agent to synthesize resin industry. For molecules with some special structures, often with polymer monomer copolymerization (or blending), which is introduced to polymer materials, The surface active agent which is connected with the polymer body, which can improve the surface property of the polymer, and which is beneficial for improving the antistatic property and the dyeing property of the material.
    The lipophilic and hydrophilic groups of SS have large adjustable, so they can meet the special needs of various fields. In recent years, many scientific research institutions have carried out the research work of SS, and which set up the test plant and production plant, however, the structure and function of SS is not fully explored. This new performance of the old product is relatively simple in manufacturing process. And the investment in infrastructure is small. It's easy to get new development. With the improvement of people's living standard, the requirement for the safety of the cleaning products which used in the human body is also getting higher and higher. The products not only to have a clean effect, but also does not damage to the skin. Because of the above requirements, the SS has a great development prospect.
    SS has good permeability and wettability, but hard water resistance and solubility is poor. The nature of above impedes the wetting of the play. Surface active agent has excellent solubility, dissolution and emulsification, such as mono sulfosuccinates with alcohol(ether) style, but the wettability is poor. Therefore, the combination of the two can make water soluble, gentle, wettability has a greater improvement. The solubility in water is not high, and decreases with the increase of the number of carbon atoms. In organic solvent with excellent oil soluble, Fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfosuccinate has high water solubility, which can arbitrary concentrations of dissolved. Sulfosuccinate has good performance of hard water resistance and low surface tension. SShas excellent emulsifying properties. SS can be used for penetrating levelling agent, sizing faded slurry additives, wool carbonation bath additive and preshrunk wetting agent applied in the textile industry;SS can be used for vinyl acetate, styrene, vinyl chloride and acrylic emulsion polymerization additives and the application in synthetic resin industry; can be used as a pigment in coatings, paints, inks industry dispersing agent, emulsifier emulsion paint, surface modification agent applications. It can also be used gold-plated additives, detergent used in metal processing; as demulsifier and fuel oil antistatic additives used in petroleum industry, tanning agent, wetting agent application in leather industry. SS is extremely extensive fine chemical products, its research and development can not only make the basic organic chemical raw materials, can also meet the needs of a variety of industries.
    In recent years, these surfactants have been obtained the rapid development and application. By introducing different terminal structure, the product has wettability, low irritation and low toxicity to skin. The product is suitable for cosmetics, shampoo, detergent, etc. In addition, the synthesis process of this kind of surfactants is simple. The product has low price, no waste, less investment in infrastructure, good biodegradability, strong ability of resisting hard water. Synthesis method of SS has sulfite sulfonation, Alkylation. By consulting a large number of literature and Market Research, deciding to use maleic anhydride and hydroxyl compounds esterification finally, then ester and sodium sulfite addition. The design process mainly includes four steps: single esterification reaction, double esterification reaction, neutralization reaction and. First, maleic anhydride and AE0-7 were synthesized by esterification reaction to produce maleic acid monoester. Second, the reaction of Maleic acid monoester and 2-ethyl-hexanol generates maleic acid diester. In catalysis of sodium salt of monoester, the reaction of diester sodium and Sodium Bisulfite sulfonation generated sodium sulfosuccinate.
