摘 要:近年来,全球对二甲苯需求量迅速增长,供求矛盾较大,导致其价格上涨幅度较大。自2000年之后,国内对二甲苯的市场需求也大幅上扬,而自给率逐年降低,进口量连年增加。同时,国内的粗甲苯、甲醇产量长期处于供过于求的局面。因此,以甲苯、甲醇为主要原料制取对二甲苯的甲苯甲醇烷基化技术在满足国内对二甲苯需求的同时还可改善甲苯、甲醇供求现状。本文对甲苯甲醇烷基化技术的分离部分进行了设计,在设计中采用了部分新型分离技术,并应用Aspen Plus软件对分离部分进行了辅助模拟计算。通过设计的模拟结果表明:该工艺可得到纯度95%以上的目的产品对二甲苯及高附加值的99%的乙烯丙烯等副产物组分。66457

Abtract: In recent years, the rapid growth in global demand for paraxylene, large contradiction between supply and demand, resulting in larger price increases. Since 2000, domestic demand rose sharply for p-xylene, and self-sufficiency rate is decreasing, the import volumes continue to increase. Meanwhile, domestic crude toluene and methanol production stands an oversupply situation in a long time. Therefore, such as toluene and methanol as raw material preparation of p-xylene by alkylation of toluene with methanol technology in meeting domestic needs of para-xylene, while improving the supply-demand situation of toluene and methanol. This part designed separation of the technology, in which took a new type separation technology and applied Aspen Plus software for aided simulation the separation part. The simulated results indicate that the process purity can be obtained by more than 95% products and with a high value-added component such as ethylene and propylene.
