摘要:本研究以 5-氨基四唑(5-ATZ)为可燃剂,碱式硝酸铜(BCN)为氧化剂,测试了 五种不同 5-ATZ/BCN 混合物配方的燃烧性能、并探究了 5-ATZ/BCN 混合物的分解原理。 结果表明:随着氧平衡的增大,燃烧热和燃烧温度逐渐减少,燃烧残渣量逐渐增加。 其中,当氧平衡为+10 时,5-ATZ/BCN 混合物的燃烧热和燃烧温度最小,分别为 1705 KJ/Kg 和 667.2℃。产气中主要有毒气体为 CO 和 NOx,零氧平衡时的有毒气体含量最少(CO 为 2570ppm,NOx 为 1590ppm)。对体系进行了 DSC-TG 测试,加入碱式硝酸铜后, 5-AT 的分解峰提前约 50℃,5-AT 的二次分解峰随着碱式硝酸铜的量的增多,越来越不 明显。68566
综合来看,5-AT/BCN 的质量比为 31.28/68.72 时,放热量和燃烧温度较低,生成气体 量大,燃气较为清洁,有毒气体总量为 4160ppm。

Title Design and study of 5-Aminotetrazole/Cupric Nitrate Gas generating agents
Abstract:
In this paper,5-Aminotetrazole(5-ATZ)is used as the fuel and BCN is used as the oxidant. Five different 5-ATZ/BCN compositions have been prepared, and the combustion performance and decomposition mechanism of 5-ATZ/BCN mixtures was studied.
The results showed that the combustion heat and combustion temperature is gradually reducedand the amount of combustion residue is increasing with the increasing of oxygen balance. When the oxygen balance is +10, the combustion heat
and the combustion temperature are minimum ( 1705 KJ / Kg and 667.2 ℃
respectively).The main toxic gasesin the gas production are CO and NOx. And when oxygen balance is zero, the toxic gases are the lowest (CO to 2570ppm, NOx is 1590ppm). The DSC‐TG results showed the 5-AT decomposition temperature increased
about 50 ℃ after adding the BCN. The secondary decomposition peak of 5‐AT
disappeared gradually with increasing of BCN.
Summarily, when the mass ratio of 5‐AT/BCN is 31.28/68.72, the combustion heat and the combustion temperature are relatively lower, gas production is large and clean (the total toxic gases is 4160ppm).
