摘要由温室气体导致的全球气候异常,使得控制占温室气体1/3的CO2的排放成为节能减排的首要任务。碳捕集与存储(CCS)技术由于其减排能力强,很多国家已经进入大型试验阶段,如何提高其碳捕集效率、降低碳捕集成本是目前面临的主要问题之一,其中吸附剂的循环吸附性能至关重要。对固体CO2吸附剂的分类及国内外研究现状进行了调研,重点研究了钙基吸收剂循环煅烧/碳酸化(CCCR)法。制备了几种改性钙基吸附剂样品,使用XRD对样品进行表征,用TGA测定样品对CO2的吸附性能,探讨了不同吸附温度、不同CO2浓度对钙基吸附剂的吸附速率与吸附量的影响,比较改性后的钙基吸附剂样品与分析纯CaO的吸附量及循环衰减率。建立简单的模型计算了钙基吸附剂的吸附效率。9536

Title Process Optimization and Economic assessment of CO2 capture from coal-fired flue gas
Abstract
The abnormal global climate change caused by greenhouse gases makes the control of CO2 emission to be the most important task of energy saving and emission reduction. As carbon capture and storage (CCS) technology has its advantages, many countries have invested to have it tested in large scale. How to improve its efficiency and reduce the cost is one of the main problems now people face, and among this, improving the cyclic adsorption perfor- mance of adsorbents is critical. An investigation on the classification of solid CO2 sorbent and overseas research status has been conducted, and calcium-based absorbent calcination/ carbonation reaction(CCCR) has been mainly focused. Several modified calcium-based sorbent samples has been prepared. XRD has been used on the samples to demonstrate the composition, and TGA has been used to determine the CO2 adsorption performance of the samples under different adsorption temperature. The effect of different CO2 concentrations and adsorption temperatures on adsorption rate and capacity has been studied. A simple model to calculate the adsorption efficiency has been created.
