(1)研究了不同点火药量下钝黑-5炸药的DDT性能。实验结果表明,在一定范围内,DDT输出威力值和发生DDT数目随着点火强度的增强而升高。

(2)约束条件的改变包括DDT管材料、DDT管长度和DDT管厚度的改变,实验中分别测试了不同约束条件下钝黑-5炸药的DDT输出威力和发生DDT数目。实验结果表明,随着DDT管约束强度的增强,DDT输出威力值和发生DDT数目变大。

(3)实验测定了JH-6、JH-14、JO-9C和钝黑-5炸药的燃烧转爆轰性能。结果表明,不同炸药的燃烧转爆轰输出威力和发生燃烧转爆轰数目是不同的。

(4)分别研究了不同炸药感度和炸药粒度对燃烧转爆轰的影响。实验结果表明,随着炸药感度和炸药粒度的增加,炸药燃烧转爆轰输出威力和发生DDT数目相应增加。

    (5)研究了装药密度对燃烧转爆轰的影响。实验结果表明,随着装药密度的增加,炸药燃烧转爆轰输出威力和发生DDT数目相应增加。

Title  An Technical Study of the Deflagration to Detonation Transition of Explosives 

Abstract Deflagration to detonation transition (DDT) is an important characteristic of explosives, which is related to the safe use of explosives。 In this paper, the influence of the ignition strength, the constraint conditions, the explosive types, the explosive properties and the charge density to the DDT output performance of explosives was investigated by using the steel dent method。 The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:

(1) The DDT properties of the blunt black-5 explosive with different ignition charge were studied。 The experimental results showed that, within a certain range, the DDT output power and numbers increased with the increase of the ignition intensity。

(2)The constraint conditions include the DDT tube material, the DDT tube length and the DDT tube thickness, the DDT output power and number of blunt black-5 explosive were tested under different constraint conditions。 The experimental results showed that, with the increase of the DDT tube confinement strength, the DDT output power and the numbers increased。

(3)The performance of JH-6, JH-14, JO-9C and blunt black-5 explosive was tested。 The results showed that the DDT output power and numbers were different for different explosives。

(4) The effects of different explosive sensitivity and particle size on the DDT performance of blunt black-5 explosive were studied。 The experimental results showed that, with the increase of the sensitivity and the particle size of the explosive, the DDT output power and numbers of the blunt black-5 explosive increased。

(5) The influence of charge density on DDT performance of blunt black-5 explosive was investigated。 The experimental results showed that with the increase of the charge density, the output power and the numbers of DDT increased。
