摘要尖晶石结构的铁酸铜由于具有较高的催化活性和环境友好性备受国内外科研人士关注。本文制备出无载体的CuFe2O4和有载体的CuFe2O4/Al-SBA-15催化剂,通过固定床反应器测试各个催化剂的脱硝活性,通过通入二氧化硫和水蒸汽,考察催化剂的抗硫中毒性能和抗水抗硫性。通过红外光谱(IR)和X射线衍射光谱(XRD)两种分析方法对催化剂的结构以及性质进行分析研究。
XRD结果表明以PS球为模板剂,氢氧化钠为沉淀剂制备的CuFe2O4催化剂与以草酸铵为沉淀剂的CuFe2O4催化剂相比具有更为明显的特征峰,但后者在SCR脱硝实验中展现了更为出色的脱硝活性。采用超声浸渍法制备掺硫负载型催化剂CuFe2O4/Al-SBA-15在330oC左右具有较高的催化活性,且抗硫中毒性能较强,但抗水抗硫性能较弱,有待进一步的研究。73534

Title Study on the activity of denitration by sulfur-doped copper ferrite catalyst
Abstract Copper ferrite with spinel structure has received extensive attentions both domestically and internationally due to its high catalytic activity and environmental friendliness 。In this paper, unsupported CuFe2O4 and asupported CuFe2O4 / Al-SBA-15 catalyst were prepared。The denitration activity of each sample was tested by fixed bed reactor The resistance performance to water and sulfur were measured by passing through SO2 and water vapor。 The structure and property of catalyst were analyzed by infrared spectroscopy IR and X-ray diffraction XRD。
XRD result shows that the as-prepared CuFe2O4 catalyst with PS ball as
template,sodium hydroxide as the precipitation reagent has more obvious characteristic peaks than that one with ammonium oxalate as the precipitation reagent。 However, the latter exhibited more excellent denitration activity in SCR denitration experiment。The sulfur-doped supported CuFe2O4/Al-SBA-15 catalyst prepared by ultrasound impregnation method showed excellent catalytic activity at 330℃。 Meanwhile, it exhibited strong sulfur resistance, but it had weak effect to water resistance。 Further study was under investigation。
