摘要:植物精油本身具有较好抑制细菌、病毒、霉菌的效果,但是精油的挥发性很强,接触空气和杂质就会很快失效,使得人们不能够高效地使用精油产品。在不断对精油的研究过程中,人们发现通过将精油包覆、封闭在特殊壁材中,可以使之与外界环境隔离,从而最大限度地提升精油的效能。本课题旨在探索精油微胶囊在化妆品中代替或部分代替人工合成抑菌剂的可行性。实验构建精油在微胶囊化、一般乳化、微乳液化三种处理情况下对大肠杆菌群的抑菌性能的变化,通过测定和比较它们对大肠杆菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)、固相接触抑菌圈和气相熏蒸抑菌圈,观察和探索微胶囊化技术对植物精油抑菌行为的影响。主要的实验结果如下:75024
1)不同精油乳液在大肠杆菌的液相MIC和高浓度熏蒸抑菌圈实验中可以看出,薰衣草精油具有良好的抑菌性能,肉桂和丁香精油的抑菌性能更优异,如果为了更有效的添加用途,可以考虑将嗅感较好的薰衣草精油和这两种精油低浓度复配。
2)没有芯材的微胶囊对大肠杆菌没有抑菌效果,可以确定微胶囊的抑菌性能来自芯材精油缓慢释放所带来的效果。
3)乳液、微乳液和微胶囊在液相中都具有相当的抑菌性能,两种微乳液和以壳聚糖/三聚磷酸钠为壁材的微胶囊的抑菌性能差于一般乳液,而以环糊精为壁材的微胶囊的抑菌性能强于一般乳液,而且在较低浓度的抑菌性能依然优异,可见微胶囊在液相的抑菌性能可以具体使用,但要选择合适壁材、凝聚方式和水溶性的微胶囊进行使用。
4)一般乳液和微乳液在固相接触时对大肠杆菌有一定的抑菌性能,而微胶囊在固相中没有抑菌性能。可见微胶囊在固相的抑菌性能没有具体使用价值。
5)在精油低浓度气相熏蒸时,微胶囊对大肠杆菌具有抑菌性能,而精油和精油微乳液没有抑菌性能。可见微胶囊对精油的控制释放作用可以提高精油在高温、低浓度条件下的功效。

The bacteriostatic action of essential oil effected by microcapsule technology
Abstract: Natural essential oil has good inhibition effect on bacteria, viruses and mold, but it has great volatilizing properties and instability in air。 It makes people use essential oil products in low efficiency。 However microcapsule technology can motivate the efficiency of essential oil to maximum by encapsulating it in a tiny capsule in order to be isolated from outside environment。 Meanwhile microemulsion technology enables oil to form liquid homogeneous and stable system, and gain the property of preventing separating in centrifugal or being placed for a long time。 The research is aimed at studying the feasibility of substituting antibacterial agent with microcapsule in cosmetics hundred-percent or partly。 Experiment contrasts anti-escherichia coli activity of essential oil between microcapsule, emulsion and microemulsion by measuring minimal inhibitory concentrations (MIC),inhibition zone in solid phase and inhibition zone of gas phase fumigation, comparing and observing the bacteriostatic action of essential oil effected by microcapsule technology。 The main results are as follows:
1) Liquid MIC and bacteriostatic circle fumigation experiment under high concentration of escherichia coli of different essential oil emulsion reveal that lavender essential oil has good antibacterial property, meanwhile antibacterial performance of cinnamon and clove essential oil is more outstanding。 Therefore in order to increase the efficacy, fragrant lavender essence oil and these two kinds of essential oil can be compounded for using。
2) Microcapsule without core material has no antibacterial effect on escherichia coli, this can determine the inhibition performance of microcapsule come from core essential oil。
