摘要:本篇论文合成了硫化菜籽油,研究了最适宜的反应条件。通过菜籽油和硫磺在光滑沸石的催化下发生反应,得到改性的硫化菜籽油添加剂。通过多组对比实验,考察最适宜的反应条件,试验结果表明:当菜籽油与硫磺质量比为10:1,催化剂光滑沸石加入量为菜籽油质量的0。7%,最佳温度为160℃,反应时间保持3h时,硫化菜籽油的产率将达到最高,为76。4%。为了测出硫化菜籽油在32#液体石蜡基础油中的摩擦学方面的性质,我们使用了实验室通用的四球摩擦试验机来进行摩擦学方面的检测,测定其抗磨性能。在相同载荷下,添加1。5%(wt%)硫化菜籽油时,发现它的抗磨擦性能最好;与添加传统的润滑添加剂T202的最大无咔咬负荷相当,虽然和T202相比都能使润滑油的摩擦系数减小,但硫化菜籽油使摩擦系数减小得更多,这就说明了硫化菜籽油的减摩效果比T202更好。当添加1。5%(wt%)硫化菜籽油时,加入1%(wt%)T202的硫化菜籽油的抗磨效果最好,二者协同性比较好。由上面的分析我们可以得出,合成的硫化菜籽油具有良好的抗摩擦性能,比传统的润滑添加剂T202效果更明显。并且对自然环境不会造成污染,是一种值得研究、应用并在条件成熟的时候推广的新型润滑油添加剂。79752

Study on Chemical Characteristics of 

Curing and Friction Lubrication of Rapeseed Oil

Abstract: In this paper, vulcanized rapeseed oil was synthesized and the most suitable reaction conditions were studied。 The raffinate rapeseed oil additive is obtained by the reaction of rapeseed oil and sulfur under the catalysis of smooth zeolite。 The results showed that when the ratio of rapeseed oil to sulfur was 10: 1, the amount of catalyst smooth zeolite was 0。7% of the content of rapeseed oil, the temperature was controlled at 160 ℃, and the optimum reaction conditions were as follows: Reaction time is 3h is the most suitable reaction conditions, the product yield reached the highest, 76。4%。 In order to measure the tribological properties of vulcanized rapeseed oil in 32 # liquid paraffin base oil, we used the laboratory universal four-ball friction tester to carry out tribological tests to determine its anti-wear properties。 At the same load, add 1。5% (wt%) sulfurized rapeseed oil, found that its anti-friction performance is the best; with the addition of the traditional lubricating additive T202 the largest no bite bite load, than T202 can make the oil The friction coefficient is reduced, and the raffinate rapeseed oil reduces the friction coefficient more, indicating that the anti-friction effect of the vulcanized rapeseed oil is better than T202。 When adding 1。5% (wt%) of rapeseed oil, the anti-wear effect of 1% (wt%) T202 vulcanized rapeseed oil was the best, and the synergism was good。 It is concluded that the vulcanized rapeseed oil has the advantages of improving the carrying capacity of lubricating oil, anti-friction and anti-friction and reducing the friction coefficient。 The anti-friction and anti-wear performance is more excellent than the traditional additive T202, and it will not pollute the natural environment。 A new type of lubricant additive worthy of research, application and promotion when conditions are ripe。
