摘要:染料废水的缺点就是污染严重、颜色深、盐的比例很高、生物降解困难,且具有很大的生物毒性,一直是污水处理方面的难题。光催化氧化技术因具有污染物降解、效率高、不会破坏生态环境等优点,在污水处理领域有很好的未来。因此,开发出具有催化活性高、对光源敏感、比表面积大、吸附性能和分散性良好的光催化剂是光催化氧化降解染料废水污染物的关键。

这次论文采用溶剂热法制备出TiO2-CdS复合材料,并通过XRD、TEM、BET等手段对光催化材料进行表征,以亚甲基蓝、罗丹明B为模型化合物,对 TiO2-CdS降解亚甲基蓝、罗丹明B的光催化活性进行研究,考虑溶剂/水热热反应时间、钛镉的含量、催化剂量等因素对光催化降解效果的影响;建立了光催化降解反应动力学模型;探究了光催化降解机理。研究表明,TiO2-CdS对于亚甲基蓝、罗丹明B的光催化降解具有良好的催化活性,降解速率会明显的加快。79813

Research on the Photocatalytic Degradation in Wastewater by TiO2-CdS

Abstract:Dye wastewater shortcomings is serious pollution, deep color, salt, a high proportion of biodegradable difficulties, and has a great biological toxicity, has been the sewage treatment problems。 Photocatalytic oxidation technology due to the degradation of pollutants, high efficiency, will not damage the ecological environment, etc。, in the field of sewage treatment has a good future。 Therefore, the development of a photocatalyst with high catalytic activity, sensitive to light source, good specific surface area, good adsorption performance and good dispersibility is the key to photocatalytic oxidation of degradable dye wastewater。

In this paper, TiO2-CdS composites were prepared by solvothermal method, and the photocatalytic materials were characterized by Raman, FT-IR, XRD, TEM and BET。 The methylene blue and rhodamine B were used as model compounds。 The photocatalytic activity of photocatalytic degradation was studied by considering the photocatalytic activity of methylene blue and rhodamine B。 The effects of solvent / water heat reaction time, titanium cadmium content and catalyst amount on the photocatalytic degradation were studied。 The results show that TiO2-CdS has good catalytic activity for photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue and rhodamine B, and the catalytic efficiency is more than 60% higher than that of TiO2, and the degradation rate is obviously accelerated。
