摘要:本文主要研究使用有机溶剂浸提法提取金佛手浸膏,详细研究不同的浸提剂、浸提剂用量、浸提温度、浸提时间、金佛手柑果颗粒大小等对提取金佛手浸膏的影响,通过单因素和正交实验,优化得到最佳的浸提提取工艺条件。根据实验所得到的结果,使用浸提法制取金佛手浸膏的最佳的工艺条件为:选取萃取剂为石油醚,浸提时间为3小时,浸提温度为70℃,料液比1:4,提取率为0。84%。金佛手浸膏的色泽呈金黄色,随后通过常温除蜡减压过滤后,将所得浸膏进行适当处理,制得金佛手净油,所得到的金佛手净油的成色也为黄色,香气清新。随后利用GC-MS分析其金佛手浸膏成分,柑橘类特征香气物质萜烯类物质含量最大,其次为酸类,醇类等物质。80875

Study on Extraction of Bergamot by Organic Solvent Extraction Method
Abstract: In this paper, we study on the concrete of bergamot by organic solvent extraction method。 Studying the influence of the bergamot concrete on the effects of different leaching agents, extraction amount, extraction temperature, extraction time, grain size and so on。 The optimum extraction conditions were optimized by single factor and orthogonal experiment。 According to the results obtained from the experiment, the optimum technological conditions were as follows: Select the extraction agent for petroleum ether, the extraction time was 3 hours, the extraction temperature was 70 ℃, the ratio of material to liquid was 1: 4, and the extraction rate was 0。84%。 The begamot contrete color is golden yellow。 Then the concrete was adequately treated at room temperature after decompressional filtration, we can get bergamot absolute without the waxy, the bergamot absolute color is also yellow and have a fresh aroma。 Subsequently, GC-MS was used to analyze the composition of the begamot contrete, and the citrus flavor was the largest, followed by acid and alcohol。
