摘要:氯碱工业是最重要的化学基础工业之一,通过电解精制后的饱和食盐水来生产烧碱、氯气以及氢气等,并以它们为原料生产一系列各种化工产品。而氢气是氯碱工业中重要的产物之一,不过有很多相关氯碱生产厂家没有真正能够利用起这样一种资源,每年都有大量电解后产生的氢气白白排入大气中或者仅用来作锅炉燃气,着实可惜。82107

因此,本篇毕业设计针对的便是氯碱工业的副产物氢气的初步处理,通过选择合适的工艺条件、工艺流程和设备来提高副产物氢气的纯度,方便接下来的进一步的处理及利用。

本设计是对电解法烧碱生产过程氢气处理的设计,以在大学期间所学的各门基础专业课为基础,选择合适的工艺条件、综合各种因素后设计合理的工艺流程,并结合计算结果确定设备。在本设计中需要做好主要设备的选择说明,对本设计的评述;完成物料衡算、热量衡算、有效能利用率计算及主要设备计算;绘制工艺流程图、主要设备图。

本设计的计算标准:10万吨/年电解法烧碱生产过程氢气处理;年工作日为330天;进入氢气系统物料组成(以1000kg100%NaOH作计算标准):

氢气:12。5 kmol (25kg)    水汽:11。39 kmol (205kg) 其他气体: 0。255 kmol (7。39kg)

The purification process of hydrogen gas in an annul output of 100,000 tons of caustic soda production process preliminary design

Abstract:chlor-alkali industry is one of the most important chemical basic industries, which produces caustic soda, cholorine and hydrogen and then takes them as raw materials to produce a variety of chemical products during electrolyzing refined saturated salt water。 Hydrogen is one of the most important products, but it’s a pity 

that this kind of resource isn’t able to be used fully by many enterprises of chlor-alkali industry so as to abundant hydrogen from electrolysis of chlor-alkali industry being discharged in atmosphere or used as boier fuel。 

So, this design aimed at the preliminary design of byproduct-hydrogen in chlor-alkali industry is scheduled to improve pure degree of byproduct-hydrogen by means of choosing appropriate process conditions, process flow and equipment in order to following processing and utilization。 

The design is a process design of hydrogen in electrolytic production of caustic soda on the basis of the study of professional basic course in college。 It requires choosing suitable process conditions, designing reasonable process flow due to a combination of factors and elect equipment according to the consequence of calculation。 The design needs electing statement of major equipment and comment of the design。 The following process is materials counting, heat counting, equipment selection and calculation。 Finally, we should make the PFD( process flow diagram) and the main equipment drawing。

Basis of calculation: The purification process of hydrogen gas in an annual production of 100,000 tons of caustic soda production; days to 330 days in; the material composition into hydrogen system( On the basis of  1000kg100%NaOH):

Hydrogen: 12。5 kmol (25kg)     Water vapor: 11。39 kmol (205kg)

Other gases: 0。255 kmol (7。39kg)
