摘要：目前大班额已经成为我国基础教育十分普遍的现象。[1]教育在提高国民素质，推动社会进步方面发挥越来越重要的作用，而教育质量则是教育教学工作中永恒的主题。与此同时大班额教学对于教师而言，在提高教学质量上及班级管理中面临着巨大的挑战。调查显示大班额教学存在下述问题:班级规模大，难以兼顾所有学生；教师课堂教学负担大，效果不显著；学生之间差异大，课堂管理容易造成顾此失彼。解决大班额教学的建议有：合理配置农村小学的教育资源；逐步解决“择校”带来的大班额问题；增加学生受关注的机会；稳步调整农村小学的布局调整。40440

Problems in rural primary school of large amount of Chinese teaching and Suggestions

Abstract:Large amount has become a very common phenomenon about basic education in China at present. [1] Education in improving national quality, plays a more and more important role to promote social theme, While the quality of education is an eternal theme in the education teaching work. At the same time,the large amounts of teaching in improving the teaching quality and class management faced with enormous challenges. According to the survey of large amounts of teaching are the following problems: large class size, difficult to juggle all students; Teachers' classroom work burden, the effect is not significant; Large differences between students, classroom management cause attend. Suggestions to solve the problems are: reasonable allocation of rural primary school education resources; Gradually to solve the problems by the \"choice\" of large amount; Increasing the chances of students' attention; Adjust the layout adjustment of rural primary school steadily. The following will be taken from big class teaching in the light of some problems and advice has carried on the preliminary discussion.

农村小学语文大班额教学中的问题及建议——以淮阳县某小学为例
大班额一般是指人数超过国家规定的50人以上的教学班额，[2]小学班额以不超过45人为宜。当前，我国义务教育阶段大班额现象非常普遍。据教育部2008年的调查结果显示，在全国中小学校278万多个班级中，大班额有24.5万个，占总数的8.8%；超大班额有15.3万个，占总数的5.5%[3]。从数据来看，县镇与农村的大班额、超大班额现象比城市严重。“大班额”现象的泛滥，影响了义务教育正常的教学活动，对于班级管理和教育质量的提高带来一定的制约。
