摘   要在对初中科学教材改革中，认真对比美国和国内的教材，明白他们的差异性，优缺点，是非常重要的一个环节。于是，我们决定研究这一课题“中美初中科学教材比较研究”。本文的重点是初中教材的三个方面：物理科学标准，各章的技能和知识，以及部分具体的内容。这项研究表明:两者科学知识点大致相同，但教学理念目标着重点有所差异，对于技能的获得方式也明显不同，此外，在知识、技能、兴趣、难度、时间上的综合把握两者各有各的优势和缺点。国内自然教材相比于美国自然教材最大的差距在于，国外教材编写科学从研究初衷这一点上出发，整体的教材布局领先于国内，并且具有主动的探究思想，而国内自然教材这方面存在很大欠缺。61594

Abstract It is important for the science curriculum reformation of the junior high school to realize the similarities and differences, advantages and disadvantages of the Chinese and American science textbooks. So, we decide to do this research by comparing the Chinese with American science textbooks. This paper is focused on the three aspects of the science textbooks: the standards of the physics, the skill and knowledge in the chapters, and the detailed contents. This study reveals that: Both scientific knowledge about the same point, the goal of teaching philosophy emphasis is different, and there are differences in the acquisition of skills, About knowledge, skills, interests, difficulty, time, they both have advantages and disadvantages. In particular， foreign scientific mind at this point of view, so that the overall layout of the leading domestic materials. And the most of important is that – Research.
