摘 要: 技术的发展把人类社会带入了一个全新的数字化的信息时代,E-learning也随之兴起,并给传统的学校教育教学的变革提供了新的思路与广阔的应用前景。E-learning正受到越来越多的关注和研究,并且正在以各种形式走入传统的学校教育中。本文介绍了E-learning的内涵、特点,从宏观角度考察了E-learning环境对教师的新要求。E-learning环境是旨在支持自主、探究、协作的解决问题,这对教师的教学行为提出了挑战,要求教师具备较高的信息素养,及时更新教学观念,实现角色的转变与重塑,提出教师由主导者向组织者和设计者转变,由传授者向引导者和指导者转变,积极主动迎接E-learning的挑战。69826

Abstract:The development of technology brings human society to a new age of digital information, E-learning also will rise, and changes the traditional school education ,also provide new ideas and broad application prospects. E-learning is receiving more and more attention and research, and is in various forms into the traditional school education. This article describes the E-learning content, features, from a macro perspective of the new requirements for E-learning environment for teachers. E-learning environment is designed to support independent, inquiring, cooperative problem solving, which the teachers' behavior posed a challenge, requiring teachers to have a higher information literacy, to update teaching concepts, to achieve the role of transformation and reshaping proposed teachers organizers and designers to transform the leader, changing from imparting to guide and instructor, and actively rise the challenges of E-learning.

1 引言
科学技术是第一生产力,当今科技的发展和创新水平显得日益重要,在这个日益讲究创新的时代,人们越来越注重思维的发散和知识的实际应用。过去对学生的教育模式,即对学生进行批量生产以及纯记忆性的教育模式必将会被逐渐淘汰,学生的想象力、创造力将会显得愈发重要,以此来适应国家和社会的进步发展。
