摘 要：在幼儿同伴交往过程中，同伴冲突的发生在幼儿的成长过程中是不可避免的。可是一提到冲突，很多人都会把它看作是一种消极的行为，并且还存在着一定的安全隐患。所以无论在幼儿的生活中还是在幼儿园里，家长和教师总是会极尽全力的去避免幼儿间发生冲突事件。往往因为这样，使我们忽视了在同伴冲突的过程中所带来的教育价值。因此，本文从冲突行为的表现类型和原因的深入分析，着重挖掘同伴冲突在幼儿认知、技能、情感三个方面发展中的独特意义，使家长和教师认识到其重要性。69834

Abstract:It is unavoidable that peer conflicts happen in the children’s growing process when child gets along with others. However when mention to the peer conflicts, many people regard it is a negative behavior which has some potential safety problems. Therefore wherever in the children’s daily life or in the kindergarden, parents and teachers try their best to avoid such peer conflicts which make us ignore the education value in the process of peer conflicts. Thus this paper aims to excavate the cognition, skill and emotion in the peer conflicts from the aspect of conflict behaviors and reasons which make parents and teachers recognize its importance.
