Title A game analysis on companies’financing
Abstract
Now in our society ,it is difficult for many companies to borrow money
from the bank.In order to solve this problem,the article intends to
use game theory to analyze the relation between bank and enterprise.
Firstly,using basic model under dynamic games with complete
Information,the article simulates the process that company applies
Loan from bank,bank lends money and bank finds the responsibility of
company when it does not return money.Then the article modifies the
assumption to introduce dynamic games with incomplete
information model. In addition to this basic model,the article
introduces signal game theory in order to make the model more close
to reality.In the signal game theory model,the article analyzes the
relation between bank and company from separating equilibrium and
pooling equilibrium and gets the condition of company camouflage.Then
the writer uses the loan case of plastic pump factory located in Golden
Bay to examine the part of conclusion gotten in previous analysis.
Finally,the article summarizes .

1 绪论
1.1 毕业论文研究背景与研究意义
在社会经济活动中，银行和企业是两个非常重要主体。银行将资金贷给企业，帮助企业完成日常的生产活动。但是在现实生活中，银行和企业的关系一直不是很稳定，常常出现银行惜贷的问题，这也在一定程度上促进了民间借贷的发展。银行惜贷行为的产生主要还是由于信息不对称，信息不对称就是指双方所掌握的信息数量不一样多，即信息不对等。银行不能够准确了解企业的经营状况和信用情况，它担心企业到期不还贷款而使自身坏账数量和比例增加，自身利益受损，因而不愿放贷。这样一些本来信用很好的企业就会因为银行惜贷的情况而得不到贷款，影响企业的经营发展。信息不对称对银企关系的影响在每个经济体制中都会存在，但是一些西方发达国家已经采取譬如建立企业信用评级体系等措施予以解决，而我国信用管理体系还相对比较落后，银行信贷管理比较粗放，银行惜贷的问题一直没有得到有效地解决。所以在我国经济高速发展的情况下，银行体系怎样解决企业贷款中的信息不对称问题是我们面临的一个很重要的问题。
