摘要工作收入是毕业生关注的焦点之一，也是衡量一份工作满意度的重要指标。随着高等教育的扩招，大学生就业难的情况日趋严峻。经济管理专业作为热门专业，就业范围较广，前景较好，占有一定优势。本文对2015年经济管理专业本科毕业生的收入情况进行调查，评价了当前经济管理专业本科毕业生的就业状况，分析了收入差距的影响因素，并从个人和家庭两个方面提出了应对策略。86701

Survey on income of graduates in economics and management in 2015

Abstract Employment income is one of the focus that graduates pay close attention to, it is also an important indicator of job satisfaction。 With the enrollment expansion of higher education, the employment of college students is becoming more and more serious。 Economic management as a hot major, holds a promising employment prospect and certain advantages。 This article does a survey on the income of graduates in economics and management in 2015。 Based on this survey, it evaluates the current employment situation of the graduates in economic management, analyses the influencing factors of income gap and puts forward relevant coping strategies and measures from two aspects of personal and family。
