摘要21世纪的中国是一个不断开放和不断完善的中国。中国的经济不断发展，创新已成为中国发展的主题。我国风险投资市场近几年得到了快速发展，吸引了越来越多的投资者进入无论从宏观背景还是从企业的微观导向看，风险投资在中国都逐渐发展走向成熟。但具有中国特色的风险投资体系存在的问题依旧很多，亟待完善。本文首先阐述了风险投资的运作流程，然后对我国风投资本现存问题进行研究研究分析，最后针对提出的问题说明了改进建议和对策。希望能够抛砖引玉，对我国风险投资行业发展有所裨益。88138

Abstract China in twenty-first Century is an open and continuous improvement。 With the continuous development of China's economy, innovation has become the theme of China's development。 China's venture capital market has been developing rapidly in recent years, attracting more and more investors to enter from both the macro background or from the micro oriented enterprise, risk investment in Chinese are gradually mature。 However, there are still many problems in the venture capital system with Chinese characteristics。 This paper first describes the operation process of venture capital, and then studies and analyzes the existing problems of China's wind investment。 Finally, it puts forward some suggestions and Countermeasures for the problems raised。 Hope to be able to contribute to the development of China's venture capital industry。
