摘要：产业结构是经济增长的基础和结果，它集中体现了经济发展水平的高低。本文选取江苏省2001-2015年的经济发展指标数据，全部数据来源于江苏省统计年鉴（2012-2016），首先利用excel软件分析2001-2015年江苏省三大产业结构的变化总趋势，然后用more结构变化值、产业结构超前系数等数学公式测定 “十五”“十一五”“十二五”规划期间江苏省产业结构升级的速度和方向，发现：江苏省产业结构模式由“二三一”型转变为“三二一”型，产业升级进程和速率较快。但同时存在着不少问题，如三大产业结构发展不协调，地区发展不平衡等。这些问题严重制约着江苏省经济的健康发展。最后本文针对这些问题提出促进江苏省经济进一步发展的相关建议。93462

Abstract: As the basis and results of economic growth, industrial structure embodies the level of economic development, so optimizing the industrial structure is the important process to change the mode of economic growth and promote scientific development of economy。 This paper selects the economic development index data of Jiangsu Province from 2001 to 2015, and all the data comes from the Statistical Yearbook of Jiangsu Province (2012-2016)。 First, the general trend of the three major industrial structures in Jiangsu Province from 2001 to 2015 was analyzed by excel software, Then, the speed and direction of the upgrading of industrial structure in Jiangsu Province during the 12th Five-Year Plan and the 12th Five-Year Plan period were measured by the mathematical model of structural change value and industrial structure advance coefficient。 Found that: industrial structure in Jiangsu Province changed from 231 to 321 type, the industrial upgrading process and speed is fast。 But at the same time there are many problems, such as the development of the three major industrial structure is not coordinated, regional development is imbalance and so on。 These problems seriously restrict the sustainable development of Jiangsu Province economy。 Finally, the author puts forward some policy suggestions to promote the further development of economy in Jiangsu Province。源F于K优B尔C论V文N网WwW.youeRw.com 原文+QQ752^018766

产业结构，是指国民经济各个产业部门和各产业部门内部之间的对比关系和结合状况[1]。产业结构合理化有利于平衡社会总供给和总需求，提高经济效益，从而保证国民经济持续、健康的发展。产业结构升级主要指产业结构演进过程中各产业由低水平向高水平，由低附加值向高附加值状态发展的动态过程 [2]。产业结构升级的实质是产业结构合理化。任何合理的事物都存在评价和测度的问题，产业结构升级亦是如此。
