摘要：随着社会经济的快速发展，风险投资已经得到了许多企业的认同，它们通过融资、并购重组等方式对企业进行改革，这在一定程度上加快了企业的研发创新的步伐，促进了企业的快速发展。本文从风险投资的发展历程和特点出发，突出风险投资对企业研发创新的重要性与必要性；结合案例，多角度分析风险投资对企业研发创新的作用以及其制约因素，总结风险投资过程中的经验教训，最后提出相关的对策建议，来促进风险投资的快速发展，不断提高企业的研发创新，从而推动经济的快速增长。

Abstract：With the rapid development of social economy, venture capital has gained a lot of corporate identity, they through the reform of the enterprise financing, mergers and acquisitions, which accelerate the development pace of innovation of enterprises to a certain extent, promoted the rapid development of the enterprise. 创新推动了社会经济的快速发展，为社会的发展献出了自己的一份力量。20世纪中期，风险投资机制开始出现，伴随着社会经济的快速发展以及技术的不断创新，它在国家的经济建设中的力量越来越突出。风险投资是从美国开始发展起来的，它们国家的运行机制是很成熟的，相反，中国正处于风险投资的初级阶段，面临的问题还很多，所以，中国还正处于不断的摸索中。目前，我国的风险投资在理论研究上已经有了很大的成就，现在面临的问题是如何做到理论结合实践。
