摘 要：科技成果转化是顺应经济发展潮流，提升国家自主创新能力和市场占有率的必然要求，而金融的支持力度则对科技成果转化的成功率起着不可替代的作用。本文主要探讨苏州市在科技成果转化金融支持方面取得的一些成绩，如创业引导基金、信贷风险准备金、科技保险等的迅速发展，但仍存在成果转化资金来源单一、风险投资的供需不平衡、政府科技资金投入相对不足、保险公司对承保科技保险的积极性还不高等问题，最后针对这些存在的问题提出相应的对策，以此来健全苏州市科技成果转化金融支持体系建设。66936

Abstract： The transformation of scientific and technological achievements is necessary to follow the trend of economic development, enhance the capability of independent innovation and improve the market share, while financial support for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of the success rate plays an irreplaceable role. This article focuses on some success in terms of the financial support for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Suzhou City , such as the rapid development of business guide funds, credit risk reserves and technology insurance. However, there are still some problems, such as the single source of funds used in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, the supply and demand imbalance of risk investment, the relative lack of government investment in science and technology funds and the insurance companies lack the enthusiasm of technology insurance underwriting. Finally, put forward the countermeasures to solve these problems, in order to improve the Suzhou’s transformation of scientific and technological achievements through financial supporting.
