摘要随着中国经济的不断繁荣，中国国有企业也加强了国际化发展的步伐。近年来，中国在海外的直接投资有很大一部分是由国有企业开展的，包括海外收购和海外新建企业。本文以中国国有企业为研究对象，文章回顾了企业国际化的相关理论基础，介绍了近年来中国国有企业的国际化发展进程，并在中海油等国际化实践案例和数据研究的基础上，总结了中国国有企业国际化发展的实践经验。此外，文章还分析了中国国有企业国际化的必要性及优劣势，探讨了中国国有企业国际化的未来发展战略。68237

Abstract
