摘 要：随着互联网技术的发展与普及，越来越多的贸易开始从网络发起，而国际间的贸 易更是其中的重中之重，并由此诞生了各种各样的国际外贸平台，如：中国制造网、阿里 巴巴、环球资源等。这些电子商务平台在中国的对外交易中占据了越来越多的份额，同时 也为中小企业的出口创造了适宜的条件，极大地促进了我国的对外贸易。本文阐述了中国 制造网在中小企业外贸出口中起到的的影响，并结合了现在的电子商务的利用情况，阐发 了其在发展过程中存在的一些问题，从不同的角度给出了解决措施，积极地引导电商平台 的变革，使其更好的为中小企业的外贸服务，促进我国外贸的发展。74395

Abstract：With the development and popularity of Internet technology , more and more of the tarde starts from the network, and international trade is accounted for the most significant proportion, and promote the birth of a wide range of international trade platform, such as: Made in China, Alibaba, Global Sources, etc。 These e-commerce platform occupy the more and more share in China's foreign trade, at the same time they also created favorable conditions for the export of small and medium sized enterprises, which greatly promoted China's foreign trade。

This paper describes the impact of Made-In-China to small and medium sized enterprises in exports, and also combined with the current utilization of e-commerce to analysis the problems which exist in the development of foreign trade process。And also gives solutions from different angles to actively guide the transformation of e-commerce platform, making it better to service the foreign trade of small and medium sized enterprises, and promoting the development of China's foreign trade。
