摘要本文通过研究淮海城市群主要8个所属地级市的经济份额变化，剖析关于2000年—2014年淮海城市群经济空间差异的变化特征。将淮海城市群8个所属地级市的经济份额变动区分为3个时间段，并且选择偏离-份额的分析方法，探究不同时间段内，促进淮海城市群经济份额增长的产业及其的转变形式，并且探究本研究区产业结构的优势和竞争力优势的联系。经过探索发现，国家的“十五”计划以来，淮海城市群经济份额的变化逐渐拉大差距。区域经济布局总体不平衡，鲁南、豫东与苏北、皖北的非均衡化发展，经济份额变动由鲁南、豫东向苏北及皖北地区转移。整体上区域经济份额变动较小。经济份额的变动在地区分布上由鲁南、豫东地区转向苏北及皖北一部分地区。因为经济的发展，产业结构的变化，从而导致了经济空间差异越来越大。因此，推动区域相对均衡发展，提升整体实力应是淮海城市群未来发展的战略选择。淮海城市群在时间特征，空间地域差异的不同，造成淮海各个城市在经济份额，经济总额，经济发展状况等方面的不同，本文通过对淮海城市群经济空间差异与产业结构演化的研究，寻求缩小城市间的差距的方法，使城市均衡全面的发展。77351
