摘要：跨境电商作为新时代发展产物下的一种贸易模式，跨境电商相比传统的贸易模式最大的区别在于其有效降低了各种商业成本与时间成本，但是跨境电商在发展过程中的物流因素、通关因素、人才缺失因素等方面仍旧存在很多弊端，特别是在跨境电商企业人才缺失和现有人才无法满足企业的实际需求方面，使得近年来跨境电商出口贸易发展速度逐渐减弱。本文着重于跨境电商发展过程中产生的人才因素对出口贸易的影响分析，对现有的跨境电商复合型人才缺口比重越来越大、跨境电商企业与高校之间无法有效衔接等问题进行阐述，并提出对应的改进建议。77556
