无锡中小企业融资困难解决对策
摘 要：这篇文章第一步讲述了中小企业发展的背景，第二步简要概括了国内学者对于中小企业融资难的了解与对策，通过无锡中小企业的发展近况，分析出现今无锡中小企业的融资现状，然后从中小企业自身特点、银行贷款、政府扶持三个角度分析无锡中小企业融资难的原因，最终提出解决问题的对策。期望这篇文章能够对我国中小企业融资难有所助益，从而帮助中小企业健康稳定地发展。81678

Abstract: The first step of this article describes the background of the development of small and medium enterprises。 Secondly, it introduces the domestic scholars for understanding and idea of the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises。 Through the development of small and medium enterprises in Wuxi, analysis of the current situation of the financing of small and medium enterprises in Wuxi。 Then it analyzes the reasons of the financing difficulty of SMEs in Wuxi from three aspects, the characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprises, bank loans and government support。 Finally it puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problem。 It is hoped that this article will be helpful to the financing of small and medium sized enterprises in our country, so as to help the healthy and stable development of small and medium sized enterprises。

1 引言
在改革开放之后，中小企业在国家政策的支持下发展速度惊人。广泛分布于制造业、教育业、高科技业等各行各业，不仅在数量上占据绝对地位，还对解决就业问题、促进国家的经济增长、推动科技进步、增加财政收入等方面有着举足轻重的作用。
无锡多年来在江苏各市GDP排名均为第三，2015年人均GDP更是超越南京，位居第二。无锡中小企业发展尽管没有大型企业和外资那么引人瞩目，但对无锡国民经济发展的贡献却在逐年增长，慢慢的，该市的经济发展主导力量业已成为了中小企业，中小企业的数量在全市所占比中超过了99%，而税收和GDP的所占比分别超过了50%和60%[17]。
虽然中小企业的发展前景不错，但是仍然处于发展的成长期，但由于中小企业在规模和资产方面的劣势，加之政府政策的不完善、商业银行的“歧视”对待，导致融资变成中小企业想要深层次发展的“绊脚石”。尤其是在世界金融危机后，房价的水涨船高，通货的不断膨胀以及央行上调储备金，使信贷规模显著减小，冻结了大量流动资金，这让融资本来就非常不易的中小企业更加的寸步难行，即便政府领导、专家学者对融资难这一问题非常关注，他们也提出了一些对策，但所取得的成果还是有限。这篇文章将结合前辈们的理解和无锡中小企业的实际现状，结合其存在的问题，提出解决方法和意见，以期为中小且融资提供实质性的帮助。
