摘要：中美贸易是中国对外贸易中十分重要的一块，美国也是首批将跨国公司作为对华投资主体的国家。近年来美资公司无论是数量、行业、领域等等都在华得到了迅速的发展，对中美双方的贸易也产生了巨大的作用。然而，在华美资的发展也并非都是一帆风顺的，中美贸易不平衡的问题屡见不鲜，美资在华的发展也面临着来自人力、资源、政策等各个方面的压力。本文主要探究的是在华美资公司的概括及探讨对未来发展的更有利的对策，从而来促进中美贸易更好层次的发展。82080

An Analysis of the Position and Function of US - funded Companies in Sino - US Trade Development

Abstract：Sino-US trade is a very important piece of China's foreign trade; the United States is the first multinational companies to invest in China as the main country。 In recent years, US companies, whether it is quantity, industry, geographical and so on in China has been rapid development of the two sides of the trade also produced a huge role。 However, the development of China and the United States is not all smooth sailing, Sino-US trade imbalances is not uncommon, the development of US-funded in China is also facing from manpower, resources, policies and other aspects of the pressure。 This paper mainly explores the generalization of China and the United States and discusses the more favorable countermeasures for future development, so as to promote the development of Sino-US trade at a better level。
